The Programme
1.1. You are purchasing a digital product of which the content will be delivered electronically.
1.2. The Digital Product is an E Book which can be completed at your own pace.
1.3. The Digital Product is designed to help you increase your awareness of the Mother Wound and provide you with 10 steps to help you to heal and choose yourself. Whilst all the techniques in the Digital Product have been used by Sarah Jayne (The Founder) previously, they do not provide a guarantee for success. We cannot guarantee results or outcomes of any kind.
1.4. Within this digital product you will access the contents via the Payhip Portal:

2.1. The Product is delivered via a third-party digital platform Payhip. You will have access to this content continuously as part of your access. The Self Worth Secret reserve the right to add, withdraw and update the training videos, workbook and resources when necessary.

3.1. All course materials and information are confidential and may only be used by the Client as expressly authorised by Founder Sarah Jayne and The Self Worth Secret
3.2. The reproduction, distribution, and/or sale of any information or materials provided is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property in respect of digital lessons and resources. This means that whilst you are free to use the material or print out a copy, you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share our products with third parties.
Payment
4.1 Payment for the Product should be made via Payhip using Stripe
4.2 As you will have access to the digital content immediately after signing up, the course / programme is non-refundable.
Refund and Cancellation Rights
5.1 As you will receive instant access to digital content in the programme you will not be entitled to a refund.
5.2 We reserve all rights to cancel the programme for any reason without prior notice.
In such circumstance a refund will be provided if within the first 4 weeks of signing up.

8.1 These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by Northern Irish/British Law. You and we agree that the courts of Great Britain shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
