Welcome :) I am not exactly sure how a Blog works but I guess its the same as every thing in life.... I will learn as I go...... :)

There are multiple reasons why I created 'The Self Worth Secret'.  It originally was just a little creative outlet for me to share my thoughts with the world but it expanded into so much more! 2024 has been a very transformational year for me and I always try to walk out of a year better than I walked into it! One topic very high on my agenda list this year was SELF WORTH which attached very closely to my INNER CHILD!

Along with the website launch comes my E Book 'The Re Parenting Revolution'..... I wrote this for Little Sarah Jayne (the little girl inside of me) and for all the people on this earth who have little unhealed children inside of them! If your little YOU is keeping you stuck, anxious, sad, disconnected, feeling unlovable this E Book is a simple step to empowering yourself with the knowledge to change that! Committing to this change not only impacts you but everything attached to your life so you can live and love in a more meaningful way! I want to revolutionize how YOU think and view yourself in order to educate, inspire and influence FUTURE generations.

I have spent £1000s on therapy, listened to endless amounts of podcasts and read countless books to self develop myself into the woman I am now. Self Worth and Healing my inner girl where fundamentals in this process. Above all learning to love ALL versions of myself from the beginning of time. In the mix of this was 5 million nervous breakdowns, feeling disconnected, Re discovering who I am, starting jobs, leaving jobs, loving people, heartbreak, running from myself, re writing my story, re re writing my story (if that's even possible) but you get the jist.....

My life is a little bit like my writing in this blog (not quite perfect) but I am trying with little sprinkles of COURAGE every day!. :) Life is not linear its about ups and downs and getting through storms but there is also ALOT of sunshine and ALOT to be grateful for you just have to change your mindset to see it!
