A Very Merry Christmas

This year I am really having a 'Soft Girl' Christmas! No stress. No drama. Just peace and quiet surrounded by all the things that give me joy and make me happy! I spent the majority of the weekend with my nieces and nephews and these are always moments I treasure! They are all 5 and under currently and its just so amazing watching their different little personalities! They had all the sweeties they wanted because I am a cool aunty! I tried to keep them away from 'screen time' and we made little pictures and Christmas characters which was lots of fun!

I feel so much more present recently and I consistently try and remain in the present moment and focus on the NOW! I recently read the summary of the 'Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle. It was quite transformational for me as I THINK +++. What I learnt was:

1) I am not my thoughts. We are 2 separate entities 

2) The only moment we have is NOW

3) Accept what is and SURRENDER. The past is done. The future is unknown. All that we have is NOW and NOW and NOW and NOW....

Something about this was really comforting to me and is helping me re wire my brain which is an ongoing process!

This Christmas I am excited for living in the NOW :)

Lots of exciting things regarding 'The Self Worth Secret' planned between now and early 2025 and I am very grateful for the energy and good vibes of the women who support me! I have met so many kind and inspirational women!
