Believing in a HIGHER POWER

Hello Queens 

I had the privilege this month of being invited onto the 'Raising Sage Spiritual' Podcast!

The Founder is a Beautiful Soul called Jess who also embraces her talents in energy healing, soul activation and block clearing!

Jess provided me with a lovely space to chat about my own spiritual journey, my healing journey and issues I encountered on my path! In the podcast I chat about difficulties I have overcame, the passing of my grandad and how I was able to take 'pain' and transform it in 'power!

I also chat about some advice I would give to the little girl inside of me!

Believing in a higher power has been a crucial part of my journey because it gave me strength when I needed it most and helped me trust in a divine plan! The Universe might not give you what you want but it will always give you what you need!

It helped me switch from a 'lack mindset' towards a 'growth mindset' where I try to look at every situation with the 'what this is teaching me'

Don't get me wrong I still get angry, tired, frustrated at times when things don't go my way however this is only short lived and I now have the tools and coping mechanisms  to navigate these situations!
