Lets talk about 'INVESTMENT'

This past week I have been thinking ALOT about 'investment' and what it means to truly invest in MYSELF and achieve my long term goals! After putting the thought out there.....The universe brought a lovely lady my way and I invested in a business coach/strategist as I really want 'The Self Worth Secret' to make a positive IMPACT in the lives of women. (Kayleigh Greenacre - check her out on INSTA if your a female business owner -she is magic in human form). 

INVESTMENT can be scary as it involves COMMITMENT but what is on the other side is what gives me the courage to remain focused on my goals. 

This also leads to the little doubts in my mind saying 'ARE YOU READY'? 'ARE YOU GOOD ENOUGH'?

which my HIGHER self retaliated with 'YES YOU ARE SARAH JAYNE' 

I know my 'SELF WORTH SECRET  vision has been placed in my mind for a destined PURPOSE and that is to help the women in this world feel EMPOWERED..... to ENHANCE their life and to EVOLVE into the most authentic version of themselves!

If somebody would have told me 5 years ago I would be sitting in my house, feeling peaceful, content, knowing my worth and knowing what I bring to the table my anxiety ridden self would have laughed and went a lay in her bed for 3 days!

This might be the perfect opportunity to ask yourself:

1) Have I fully INVESTED in myself in 2024?

2) How can I make that change going into 2025?

3) What is holding me back?
